Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year previous barista experience excellent communication and customer service skills ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment reliable punctual and a team player flexible availability including mornings weekends and occasional evenings for events food handler certification or ability to obtain upon hire

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages teas and other café items to exacting standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service areas
- engage warmly with guests ensuring a positive and efficient experience
- assist in restocking supplies monitoring inventory and following all sanitation procedures
- collaborate with culinary and front-of-house staff to support seamless event execution
- contribute to seasonal beverage menu development and provide feedback based on guest preferences
- adhere to all health and safety guidelines
