Job Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Capacity to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Strong interpersonal skills
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or fast-paced environment preferred
Knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment is an asset
Strong communication skills
Ability to work well in a team setting
Demonstrated passion for delivering excellent customer experiences

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso beverages
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area
Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers positively
Operate coffee machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
Follow company standards for beverage quality and presentation
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth workflow
