Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic math skills for handling transactions

- proficiency in cash handling and basic math
- knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and blends

Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee beverages including lattes cappuccinos and espressos
- greet customers take orders and answer menu-related questions
- operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
- maintain cleanliness in the work area and clean equipment
- follow health and safety guidelines for food and beverage handling
- assist with food preparation such as sandwiches or pastries
- upsell additional products or promotions
- collaborate with team members for efficient operations
