Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience required (minimum 1 year preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and occasional evenings for events
- Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café items to exacting standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service areas
- Engage warmly with guests, ensuring a positive and efficient experience
- Assist in restocking supplies, monitoring inventory, and following all sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with culinary and front-of-house staff to support seamless event execution
- Contribute to seasonal beverage menu development and provide feedback based on guest preferences
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines
