Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic food safety knowledge

Previous experience in coffee or food service preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work flexible hours
Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
Enthusiasm for coffee and customer engagement

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages and sweet offerings in accordance with established service standards
Clean, sanitize and maintain store
Stock and replenish food, beverages and utensils as needed
Ensure consistent product availability by maintaining adequate inventory and communicating shortages
Efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
