High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous food service and cash handling experience preferred

Job Duties

Produce a wide variety of intricate beverage recipes from complex combinations of ingredients according to standardized recipes
Learn and retain beverage ingredients, measurements, and recipes
Work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
Multitask to perform various duties including recipe production, cash handling, stocking, and sanitation responsibilities
Operate, clean, and troubleshoot specialized kitchen equipment or refer issues to leadership
Identify and correct ingredients or finished products that do not meet quality standards immediately
Maintain safety and sanitation standards of the work area
Prepare for semi-annual health department and external regulatory inspections
Create personalized customer experiences and fulfill highly specific customer requests accurately
Perform effective service recovery when products do not meet customer expectations
