Job Requirements
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm
- willingness to learn and be trained
- ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards
- capable of interacting with customers courteously
- reliable and punctual
- legal eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous barista experience preferred but not required
- ability to learn and follow standardized recipes and procedures
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- ability to operate POS systems accurately
- knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines preferred
- ability to work full-time Monday through Friday schedule
- strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- teamwork and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Prepares espresso orders using standard recipes
- enters orders accurately into POS device and handles payments
- replenishes condiments, beverages, and supplies while maintaining cleanliness
- follows HACCP standards for food preparation and serving temperatures
- maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- greets customers courteously and addresses concerns
- serves customers quickly and efficiently to prevent delays
- explains daily menu items accurately and assists in customer purchase decisions
- merchandises display foods attractively and serves food neatly according to standards
- cleans equipment and workstation thoroughly
- performs other duties as assigned
