Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in a cafe or coffeehouse setting preferred
ability to stand for extended periods
basic math skills for handling payments
excellent verbal communication skills
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
strong customer service orientation

Job Duties

Grinding and brewing coffee
developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee
educating customers and colleagues on coffees
taking orders and receiving payment
speaking and interacting with new and regular customers
maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment
