Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous barista or customer service experience preferred
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work early morning, evening, weekends, and holidays
Basic math skills for handling transactions
Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation

Job Duties

Provide excellent customer service
Educate customers about premium coffees, teas, and beverages
Fulfill additional duties assigned by supervisors or managers
Maintain a positive attitude to ensure customer return
Open and close the coffee station ensuring cleanliness and inventory
Prepare fine espresso drinks with attention to grind, tamp, and milk temperature
Brew coffee throughout the day and prepare various other drinks such as juices and milk-based beverages
