Job Duties

Providing personalized service to all guests
wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning
removing trash
greeting and welcoming customers
resolving different types of complaints from customers or addressing them to the restaurant manager
tabulating data regarding bills, total amounts, expenses in cash registers or recording them in computers
informing customers about modes of payment available
stocking shelves and keeping a note of stock that are about to finish
handling money, currencies and coins accurately
maintaining records regarding transactions on computers
demonstrating excellent interpersonal and people skills
dealing with customers politely
being dressed neatly
working varied hours and weekends
being proactive in counting money before shifts to avoid miscalculations
