Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards
Engage effectively with customers through clear and pleasant communication
Ability to perform multiple tasks within the store during each shift
Ability to keep calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain a clean and safe workspace

Job Qualifications

No previous experience required
Ability to learn quickly
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Excellent communication skills
Open to learning new beverage recipes
Comfortable with cash handling and store safety procedures

Job Duties

Create the Starbucks Experience for customers through excellent service
Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Handle cash and manage store safety and security
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Engage with customers to understand and respond to their needs
Collaborate effectively as part of the store team
Perform a variety of tasks within the store during each shift
