Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • open availability for various shifts
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • ability to move through narrow or confined spaces
  • ability to climb stairs and service ramps
  • willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • no supervisory experience required
  • no licenses or certifications required
  • strong communication skills

  • basic knowledge of cash register systems is advantageous

Job Duties

  • complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors
  • set up, stock, and maintain work areas
  • input orders into cash register system and collect payment from customer
  • take orders, record in MICROS system and prepare food and coffee beverages
  • ensure that appliances are turned on/off at the appropriate times
  • bus coffee cart areas and tables
  • clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables, and equipment throughout the day
  • obtain change required for expected business level
  • count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank
  • follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures
  • welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs
  • speak with others using clear and professional language
  • develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals
  • ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
