Job Duties

  • Providing personalized service to all guests
  • Wiping up spills and maintaining cleanliness of all appliances and counter space throughout the morning
  • Removing trash
  • Greeting and welcoming customers
  • Resolving different types of complaints from customers or addressing them to the restaurant manager
  • Tabulating data regarding bills, total amounts, expenses in cash registers or recording them in computers
  • Informing customers about modes of payment available including cash, check, credit card, and debit card
  • Stocking shelves and keeping a note of stock that are about to finish
  • Handling money, currencies and coins accurately
  • Maintaining records regarding transactions on computers
  • Dealing with customers politely
  • Being dressed neatly
