Job Requirements

Ability to work varying shifts, including days, weekends, and holidays
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Must be able to maintain cleanliness and order in work areas
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
No previous work experience required but preferred
Ability to handle cash and operate a register
Must comply with any certification requirements such as Starbucks Barista certification if applicable

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage environment preferred but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexibly across varying shifts including weekends and holidays
Team-oriented and adaptable
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Ability to operate cash registers and handle transactions

Job Duties

Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
Maintain a healthy and safe working environment
Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
