Job Requirements

Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
Willingness to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to attend scheduled shifts consistently
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Commitment to fostering a safe and healthy work environment
No previous experience required but preferred
Compliance with any site-specific certification requirements such as Starbucks Barista certification

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
Ability to operate cash registers and handle multiple payment methods
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Team-oriented and adaptable with a reliable work ethic
Knowledge of coffee and espresso preparation techniques is a plus
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at certain locations

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders for hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks
Mix and serve crafted beverages maintaining high quality and presentation standards
Operate cash registers, process cash, credit card, and electronic payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation spaces
Attend work and scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Provide friendly and efficient customer service to ensure a positive experience
Perform additional duties based on business needs and client requirements
