Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including day shifts
Basic food safety knowledge
Cash handling experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and food items according to established recipes and standards
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including equipment and utensils
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies and ingredients
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations during food preparation
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Engage with customers to provide recommendations and promote new products
