Job Requirements

No prior retail experience required
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Ability to stand and walk 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift
Ability to use hands for single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
Ability to perform motions including bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
Willingness to work in wet and dry conditions
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to use tools and equipment including knives, box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery
May require use of ladders

Good understanding of food production and fundamental cooking techniques
Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness

Job Duties

Weighs, prices, and packages customer orders
Understands venue menus, stays abreast of specials and menu changes
Follows cash handling procedures related to service venues
Monitors product quality and freshness and ensures proper product rotation
Completes product spoilage and transfer records as needed
Arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed, and ready to work
Provides excellent customer service, addresses customer needs timely and effectively, models suggestive selling techniques
Maximizes sales potential through effective prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising of product
Follows and ensures compliance with procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, and safe work practices
Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment
Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
Reports safety hazards and violations immediately
Performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
