Job Requirements

Experience in food preparation particularly in a coffee shop or similar setting
Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills
Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
Knowledge of retail math principles
Ability to handle food safely and follow health regulations

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages following company recipes
Operate espresso machines and other coffee-making equipment
Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Provide excellent customer service including taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
Upsell products and promote special items
Assist in opening and closing duties as needed
