Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
One to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
Good communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to perform basic math calculations including handling money
Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as needed
Must qualify for any required licenses or permits
Ability to work in a noisy, smoke-filled environment
Must adhere to uniform, appearance and grooming standards
Availability to work full time

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Minimum of one to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
Ability to write reports and correspondence
Ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and groups
Ability to accurately calculate figures and perform mathematical functions
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
Must qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law
Passion for coffee and customer service

Job Duties

Provide stellar customer service to internal and external customers including participation in and promotion of customer service programs
Prepare, display, sell and serve food products to customers
Handle, pour and prepare alcoholic beverages
Follow appropriate food handling procedures to ensure safe, quality products
Complete sales to customers including taking money, counting back change, processing comps, and operating cash registers or point of sale systems
Complete deposits at the end of each shift
Ensure an attractive and safe physical appearance of working areas including cleaning and sanitizing counters, display cases, refrigeration units, and beverage machines
Ensure supplies are stocked as needed
Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and perform duties as trained through the Parisi Cafe Training program
Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner
Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements
Perform any reasonably requested job duty to promote productivity or as requested by supervisors or management personnel
