Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work weekdays including morning and afternoon/evening shifts
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
Capability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Flexibility to adapt to various duties and business needs
Commitment to punctuality and regular attendance

Job Qualifications

Team-oriented and adaptable
Reliable and nurturing a healthy/safe working environment
Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Previous barista experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

Greet customers and take orders
Mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
Record all sales and operate cash register handling cash, credit card, and electronic payments
Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms, and preparation areas
Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned based on business necessities and client requirements
