Job Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Existing food handler's certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days post-hire
- Basic math and computer skills
- Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to sustainability goals

Job Duties
- Deliver exceptional hospitality to guests, teammates, and vendors
- Make and serve a selection of delicious beverages with various brewing methods
- Prepare and serve food items
- Stay knowledgeable about current beverage and food offerings through tastings and training
- Taste and ensure quality control of beverages
- Create community by sharing coffee knowledge with guests and teammates
- Support team with cleaning and organizing tasks
- Uphold health, food safety, and safety guidelines
- Promote a safe and respectful work environment
- Complete Blue Bottle Academy training and 90-day validation
