Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
strong customer service skills
reliable transportation and ability to start by 5:30 am
ability to stand walk bend lift and squat for extended periods
willingness to work weekend and flexible weekday hours
positive and energetic morning attitude

Job Qualifications

At least 18 years old
high school diploma or equivalent
strong customer service experience in retail or hospitality
strong problem solving and organizational skills
effective communication skills
ability to learn quickly and build relationships

Job Duties

Set up breakfast area ensuring cleanliness and organization
serve tables greeting guests and executing orders
communicate with teammates and restock supplies
bus tables and process payments using software
close out tickets and clean including mopping and restocking dishes
act with integrity and promote the culture and values of the property
deliver legendary customer service with a customer-comes-first attitude
assist with training new team members
maintain a clean and organized workspace
maintain calm demeanor during high volume periods
follow all cash management policies
adhere to recipe and presentation standards
follow health safety and sanitation guidelines
review environment for problems opportunities and concerns
