Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior customer service experience preferred
- ability to prepare and serve beverages
- knowledge of basic food safety practices
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Perform shift opening and closing duties as assigned
- greet customers, take orders, prepare and serve beverages as well as various sweet offerings, in accordance to established service standards
- clean, sanitize, and maintain store
- ensure proper food handling procedures are followed
- stock and replenish food, beverages, and utensils as needed
- ensure consistent product availability by keeping adequate inventory
- communicate shortages as necessary
- efficiently serve customers by being knowledgeable of offerings
- receive, unload, and distribute deliveries
- other duties as assigned
