Job Requirements
- Must have one year of customer service experience
- preferred: has at least one year of experience working in a high-volume coffee shop
- preferred: previous cash handling experience
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions
- requires physical ability to bend, twist, walk and stand for long periods
- must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
- able to perform repetitive motions
- must be able to bend, stoop or kneel

Job Duties
- Provides exceptional customer service
- greets all guests with a smile and friendly disposition while taking food and beverage orders
- answers questions about menu items and offers recommendations
- calls guests by name
- thanks them for their order before they leave
- Prepares and delivers quality beverages and food products consistently to all guests by adhering to recipe and presentation standards
- Operates a cash register and receive payment from guests while following all brand, HMSHost customer service, and cash handling policies and procedures
- Keeps the store clean, stocked, organized
- decorates customer display areas so they are aesthetically pleasing and up to brand standards
- Follows operational policies and procedures including those for health & safety and security
