Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
availability to work part-time shifts including evenings and weekends
understanding of responsible alcohol service laws
ability to lift and carry supplies up to 50 pounds
excellent interpersonal skills
commitment to maintaining clean and safe work environments

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
knowledge of food and beverage products and menus
ability to work effectively in a team environment
strong attention to detail and organizational skills
excellent communication and customer service skills
familiarity with sanitation and safety standards in hospitality
prior experience in bar or restaurant settings preferred but not required

Job Duties

set up and maintain organized workstations
contribute to 100% customer satisfaction through teamwork and service
assist bartenders by filling basic orders and addressing customer requests
stock bars, cocktail units, sinks, beer coolers, and refrigerated beverages
prepare garnishes using the FIFO system
monitor cleanliness of bar areas and perform bussing duties
wash glassware and maintain bar equipment
ensure all supplies such as napkins, coasters, straws, and stirrers are stocked
follow local and state alcoholic beverage service guidelines and check IDs
support workplace safety by maintaining awareness and reporting incidents
