The Barback/Expo position is fundamental in supporting the club’s Food & Beverage operations by assisting bartenders and service staff in creating a seamless and high-quality experience. - Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
- country club or fine dining experience a plus

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders in maintaining well-stocked and organized bars including liquor beer wine mixers glassware and garnishes
- Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the bar area before during and after service
- Maintain ice wells refill coolers and replenish supplies as needed
- Collect and clean glassware and bar tools efficiently throughout service
- Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations for daily service and club events
- Serve as the communication bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
- Verify that all food leaving the kitchen meets presentation and quality standards
