Job Requirements

Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred
country club or fine dining experience a plus
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Professional demeanor and genuine commitment to member satisfaction
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods
Availability to work evenings weekends holidays and club events as needed

Job Duties

Assist bartenders in maintaining well-stocked and organized bars including liquor beer wine mixers glassware and garnishes
Ensure cleanliness and readiness of the bar area before during and after service
Maintain ice wells refill coolers and replenish supplies as needed
Collect and clean glassware and bar tools efficiently throughout service
Assist with setup and breakdown of bar stations for daily service and club events
Serve as the communication bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
Verify that all food leaving the kitchen meets presentation and quality standards
