Job Requirements
- Strong reliable work ethic
- Ability to manage dual responsibilities effectively under pressure
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with bar and kitchen teams

- Full availability including all nights weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to lift and move up to 40 pounds endure heat and stand for entire shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a barback or dishwashing role preferred
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic understanding of bar operations
Job Duties
- Maintain optimal stock levels for all bar items including ice glassware liquor beer wine and garnishes
- Provide crucial fast-paced assistance to bartenders by running items retrieving supplies and keeping the front-of-house service area clean and organized
- Manage all dishwashing operations ensuring a continuous supply of clean sanitized glassware utensils and serving equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit area service stations and storage areas adhering strictly to health and safety codes
- Assist with the breakdown and setup of the bar and kitchen areas before and after service
- Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization across the venue
