Job Requirements

  • Strong reliable work ethic
  • Ability to manage dual responsibilities effectively under pressure
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with bar and kitchen teams
  • Genuine interest in the hospitality industry and desire to grow skills
  • Full availability including all nights weekends and holidays
  • Physical stamina to lift and move up to 40 pounds endure heat and stand for entire shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a barback or dishwashing role preferred
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards in hospitality
  • Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic understanding of bar operations

Job Duties

  • Maintain optimal stock levels for all bar items including ice glassware liquor beer wine and garnishes
  • Provide crucial fast-paced assistance to bartenders by running items retrieving supplies and keeping the front-of-house service area clean and organized
  • Manage all dishwashing operations ensuring a continuous supply of clean sanitized glassware utensils and serving equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dish pit area service stations and storage areas adhering strictly to health and safety codes
  • Assist with the breakdown and setup of the bar and kitchen areas before and after service
  • Consistently maintain cleanliness and organization across the venue
