The position is part-time with primary shifts scheduled during evening hours, mostly Thursday through Saturday, and requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Pay for this role starts at $12 per hour, with additional tips and part-time benefits included. As a Barback, your primary responsibility will be to support the bartenders and the food service team by maintaining and stocking the bar and seating areas with all necessary supplies and ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the lounge. Your duties extend to managing inventory, assisting with garnishes and drink preparations, and ensuring that all service areas meet stringent hospitality standards. Additionally, you will be expected to clear and reset tables promptly and efficiently, support food servers as needed, and maintain an overall clean and organized environment to enhance guest satisfaction.
