The current opening is for the position of Barback/Busser, an essential role within the fast-paced and upbeat atmosphere of Banditos. The Barback/Busser supports bar staff by maintaining the bar's stock before, during, and after service times. In addition, this role is responsible for keeping the bar and restaurant areas clean and presentable at all times, following strict cleanliness and sanitation standards consistent with Banditos policies and local health guidelines. The successful candidate will perform duties that ensure a safe and enjoyable guest environment, contributing to an exceptional overall customer experience.

In this role, multitasking and maintaining attention to detail are key skills, as well as the physical ability to stand and move briskly throughout the restaurant for prolonged periods. Occasional heavy lifting up to 15 pounds is required, along with the capability to access and navigate different restaurant departments efficiently.
