- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods
- ability to carry or lift at least 50lbs
- prior bar or hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties
- Assist in bar setup and opening
- assist in bar closing
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- stock the bar stations to par
- maintain a par level of liquor bottles
- maintain clean glassware as needed
- become completely familiar with the liquors and beers sold in the bar
- greet all guests promptly and courteously
- assist and focus attention on bartenders and servers needs
- remain calm and courteous
- think clearly and quickly
- maintain concentration
- make concise decisions
- perform job functions with minimal supervision
- ensure work area is clean and clear of standing water, debris or any objects that can obstruct job duties
