Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 2 years of related experience
- ability to follow safety policies and procedures
- valid work authorization
- physical ability to handle job demands
- punctuality and reliable attendance
- excellent communication skills
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to interact well with co-workers to assure service compliance
- possess basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards
- have strong guest relations and etiquette skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced team setting
- able to read, speak and write English
- able to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds occasionally up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays at Yankee Stadium
- must have mobility to perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods
- possess 2 to 3 years experience working in fast-paced bar, high-end club, or restaurant environments
Job Duties
- provide supplies and items to bartenders upon request
- stock bar items daily
- fill ice bins as needed
- anticipate needs throughout the shift
- assist in keeping all areas clean and organized
- report timely to work and be prepared to start at the scheduled time
- abide by company operating standards and policies
