The role of Bar Support Specialist at Live Nation is integral to delivering exceptional live entertainment experiences. This position focuses on maintaining and supporting bar operations across events, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staying current with menu items, adhering to special event guidelines, stocking and maintaining inventory including ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers, and performing opening, running, and closing side duties in accordance with Live Nation policies. Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards of bar equipment and trash receptacles is crucial, as well as ensuring compliance with responsible alcohol service laws and company policies.

It requires the ability to work late hours in a fast-paced, sometimes loud and stressful environment, often involving prolonged standing and physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds. Job Duties

  • Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
  • Follow special events guidelines to ensure event success
  • Handle side duties including stocking ice bins, liquor, beer, wine, and coolers, including lifting/moving up to 25lbs
  • Clean and assist with maintaining bar equipment
  • Perform opening/running/closing side duties according to LN policy
  • Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
  • Separate glass, cardboard, and plastics per local codes
  • Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance and LN alcohol policies
  • Ensure that trash containers are clean, free of odor and lined
  • Maintain LN safety and sanitation standards
  • Par all ice bins to the fullest levels at all times
  • Par all bars per venue specifications
