Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • 21 plus years of age
  • possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards including ABC Server’s Permit
  • maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for duration of scheduled shift
  • ability to lift, push and pull up to 20 pounds
  • willingness to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to handle environmental factors such as noise, second-hand smoke, and flashing lights

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • knowledge of basic bar and restaurant operations
  • knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine brand names
  • knowledge of drink recipes and proper garnish, cutting, and presentation
  • possession of or ability to possess all state required work cards including ABC Server’s Permit
  • professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to company standards
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for full shift
  • ability to lift, push and pull up to 20 pounds
  • experience in hospitality or bar environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Prepare all syrups, mixes, and garnishes
  • ensure opening, running, and closing duties are completed
  • maintain opening and closing liquor, beer, wine and consumables par and report any shortage or breakage of stock
  • ensure proper rotation of all liquor, beer, wine and consumable items
  • assist with loading and unloading of miscellaneous equipment such as boxes, food, and beverage product
  • keep bar top clean and free of dirty glasses, ashtrays, trash throughout shift
  • polish and wash glassware throughout shift
  • clean all spills and waste immediately, sweep and mop as needed
  • maintain line of sight and atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
  • provide professional and friendly guest services
  • respond to guest inquiries and requests courteously
  • monitor potentially intoxicated or disruptive guests and report to management
  • comply with all safety, health department procedures and company policies
  • comply with all state and federal liquor laws
  • adhere to all TC Restaurant Group standard operating procedures
  • report any incidents of theft, vandalism, violations, or guest complaints
  • perform other job related duties as assigned
