The Barback position at Hotel del Coronado is a full-time role that requires availability during various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. With a competitive pay rate of $21.28 per hour, this role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and supporting an efficient and outstanding food and beverage service within a luxury resort setting.

As a Barback, you will play a vital role in assisting bartenders by preparing and servicing permanent and portable bars throughout the hotel. Your primary responsibilities will include retrieving and verifying stock orders, preparing garnishes and fruits, mixing and pouring juices, and maintaining supplies such as glassware, ice, paper products, and condiments. Additionally, you will be tasked with transporting beer kegs and performing routine maintenance on them, ensuring all bar areas, including beer lockers and refrigerators, remain clean and compliant with relevant codes.
