Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a barback or similar role
  • Previous experience in fine dining, club, hotel, or event venue preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a barback or similar role within a fine dining, club, hotel, or event venue
  • Previous experience in a private club or high-end hospitality setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
  • Basic knowledge of bar tools, spirits, and beverages
  • Commitment to service excellence and attention to detail
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Support bartenders with daily bar setup and breakdown across multiple venues and events
  • Replenish supplies including glassware, ice, garnishes, and bar tools throughout service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas during and after shifts
  • Assist with restocking liquor, wine, and beer as needed
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests, reinforcing a welcoming atmosphere
  • Complete all opening, mid, and closing side work assignments as directed
  • Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
