Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods and lifting heavy items
- strong communication and teamwork abilities
- willingness to learn and adapt in a busy work environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barback is beneficial but not required
- ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- dedication to providing outstanding customer service
Job Duties
- Assist bartenders by ensuring they have the necessary supplies and equipment
- keep bar areas fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and other essential items throughout busy periods
- maintain a clean and organized bar environment, including clearing empty glasses, cleaning spills, and disposing of waste
- work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and cooperation
