Job Duties
- Restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, juices, syrups, garnishes, and ice throughout shifts
- Support bartenders by anticipating needs before being asked
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar and throughout service areas
- Change kegs and assist with bar setup and breakdown
- Help maintain glassware, dish areas, and overall bar flow
- Communicate clearly with bartenders, servers, kitchen staff, and management
- Assist with guest interactions professionally and hospitably when needed
- Maintain urgency and composure during high-volume shifts
