The Barback position at Hotel Heron is a part-time role reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Manager, designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environments. This non-exempt role plays a crucial supportive function within the hotel's food and beverage team, ensuring smooth and efficient service. The Barback works collaboratively alongside bartenders and servers to maintain an organized and stocked bar area, anticipating the needs of both guests and service staff. This role requires a blend of stamina, attentiveness, and a positive attitude to navigate the often chaotic atmosphere of a busy bar.
