Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a fast-paced bar or hospitality environment preferred
  • Valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
  • Ability to stand and walk extensively during shifts
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Availability to work scheduled events including nights and weekends
  • Must demonstrate excellent attendance

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
  • Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner
  • Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required by state and federal regulations
  • Ability to calculate basic math functions related to product inventory
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high volume bar capacity is preferred

Job Duties

  • Stocking products for the premium seating bar including nonalcoholic and alcoholic beverages, icing wells, sweeping and mopping the bar, moving kegs in and out of keg coolers and tapping kegs
  • Drafting beer and pouring wine for guest orders, running supplies for bartenders, backing up fruit, napkins, cups, utensils and stirrers
  • Assure that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event
  • Maintain cleanliness of bar and surrounding areas utilizing sanitation procedures including mopping floors, cleaning and stacking floor mats, emptying and relining trash cans and keeping closet areas clear of debris and clutter
  • Maintain highest standards in clubs and suites level for VIP guests
  • Recognize guests that are visibly intoxicated and make bartenders aware
  • Maintain sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas
