Job Duties
- assist food service employees in delivering food to tables
- maintain cleanliness and attend to needs behind the bar
- clean tables
- carry dirty dishes
- replace soiled table linens
- set tables
- replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware, and dishes
- serve water, appetizers and coffee to patrons
- support bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stacked, clean, and organized
