Reporting to the bar management team, the Barback supports bartenders by maintaining a well-stocked and clean bar environment to ensure smooth beverage service during events. This entry-level role is critical for helping bartenders focus on customer service without interruption, which enhances the overall guest experience at OVG venues.

This position is part-time, paying an hourly wage ranging from $14.00 to $16.00 with the opportunity to earn tips. The role demands reliability and excellent attendance since events run on strict schedules and require teamwork in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
