The Barback position at the new Highmark Stadium, set to open in the 2026 NFL season, offers an exciting opportunity to join a landmark project. Highmark Stadium—the new home of the Buffalo Bills—is the largest construction project in Western New York history. Equipped with state-of-the-art technology designed to enhance fan experience, the venue promises to be a cutting-edge destination for sports and entertainment. As a Barback, you will be vital to the smooth operation of the bar, providing essential support to bartenders by managing inventory, stocking supplies, cleaning, and ensuring the bar is well-prepared for service. This role demands energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability, suited to fast-paced, high-volume event environments. The position offers a competitive salary of $16 per hour plus tips, reflecting the importance of this role in guest satisfaction and overall venue operations. The work will involve physically demanding tasks including standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 160 lbs, and working in various weather conditions. Safety and sanitation standards are strictly maintained, and you will be expected to acquire necessary alcohol safety certifications before working at events. - Ability to attain required alcohol safety certifications prior to working events

Job Duties
- Assist bartenders with stocking and replenishing supplies
- Wash glasses and serving equipment
- Stock refrigeration units and replace beer kegs
- Clean and polish bar areas including counters, shelves, and bar stools
- Conduct trash pickup and disposal in bar service areas
- Maintain personal health and sanitation standards
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
