The role of Full-Time Foothills Grille | Barback is essential in supporting the food and beverage operations within the Barton Creek Resort & Spa, a part of the Omni Hotels & Resorts family. As a Foothills Grille | Barback, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the restaurant's service areas. Your responsibilities will include stocking and maintaining supplies in service stations, ensuring cleanliness of furniture and floors, assisting servers during operational hours, interacting with guests, and maintaining a clean and orderly restaurant environment. The position demands reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. It also requires a willingness to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, adapting to the dynamic needs of a premier hospitality venue.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • previous customer service experience required
  • ability to communicate orally and in basic written English
  • ability to multitask
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
  • must be able to work in inclement weather
  • must possess active TABC and Food Handler's certification
  • must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years
  • previous customer service experience required, preferably in a related setting
  • ability to communicate orally and in basic written English
  • ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • must possess active TABC and Food Handler's certification and be able to provide the licenses at the date of hire

Job Duties

  • Stock and maintain supplies in service stations
