Job Requirements
- minimum one year restaurant and bar experience
- must be able to read, write, and speak English
- ability to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- maintain a current Food Handler's Certification
- maintain a current TABC Certification
- must be at least 18 years of age

Job Duties
- possess a deep love and knowledge of whiskey, wine, and beer
- craft cocktails that are hand tooled and gussied up
- understand the balance of showmanship and efficiency
- pride themselves on their close attention to detail
- maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- assist bartenders with stocking and preparation
- provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest requests
