Job Requirements
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Previous barback experience in high volume restaurant or lounge
- Basic beverage knowledge
- Professional conduct and sense of urgency
- Luxury hotel experience preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and order
- Adaptability and customer focus
Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and check stock
- Prepare the bar by cutting and slicing garnishes and mixing juices
- Assist bartender in stocking and maintaining bar supplies
- Transport and maintain beer kegs and taps
- Maintain cleanliness of bar area and storage in compliance with codes
- Support outstanding guest service and financial profitability
- Perform routine bar maintenance and restocking
