Live Nation’s Concerts Division is the heartbeat of the live music world—where tours are orchestrated, artists thrive, and fans experience the thrill of live performances. This division manages dozens of owned and operated amphitheaters and a worldwide touring team. It spans a broad spectrum of functions including ticketing, venue operations, marketing, and sales. The company fosters a vibrant and dynamic work culture, enriched with perks such as free concert tickets, dog-friendly offices, progressive benefits including student loan reimbursement, and support for adoption and fertility. Recognized as a Great Place to Work and featured among People Magazine’s “50 Companies that Care,” Live Nation embraces inclusion and aims to help individuals grow both professionally and personally. Their passion for live music is a common thread that unites their workforce, making it an ideal time to join the team.

The role available is an important support position within the concert and event operations, particularly focused on bar support services. The hourly position offers an estimated pay of $17.75 in Colorado, with actual compensation taking into account education, experience, location, and other factors. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth running of events by maintaining bar inventories, supporting cleanliness and safety standards, and assisting in the execution of special event guidelines.

Responsibilities include staying updated on menu items and descriptions to assist guests effectively, handling stocking duties of ice bins, liquor, beer, and wine coolers, and performing cleaning and maintenance of bar equipment. The role requires physical capability, such as lifting up to 25 pounds and working in a fast-paced, often loud and stressful environment. Duties also include managing waste according to recycling and sanitation policies, operating trash compactors as needed, and ensuring all alcohol service complies with local laws and company policies.

Candidates should be passionate, motivated, and embody an entrepreneurial spirit alongside resourcefulness, innovation, and forward-thinking approaches. Skills in interpersonal communication and teamwork are essential, as is a tolerance for diverse cultures, music, and art forms. While Responsible Alcohol Training Certification or an equivalent credential is mandatory, preferred candidates may bring experience working in live music settings with the ability to recognize valid identification.

Live Nation Entertainment is staunchly committed to equal employment opportunity and diversity, encouraging candidates from various backgrounds and life experiences to apply. The company offers a supportive work environment with accommodations for disabilities and religious observances, and strives to help employees balance their professional and personal lives. Career development, unique experiences, and learning opportunities are integral to their mission.

This is more than just a job—it's a step onto a larger stage where live music meets unparalleled employee benefits. From generous vacation schedules, comprehensive healthcare and retirement plans to expansive student loan repayment and tuition reimbursement programs, Live Nation aims to support their employees fully. Additional benefits include six months of paid caregiver leave for new parents, including fostering, and handy perks like Roadie Babies to assist parents on work trips.
