The Barback role at Legends Global is a vital position focused on supporting the bartending team specifically within the dynamic Concessions environment. The primary responsibility of the Barback is to provide all necessary supplies and assist bartenders by promptly delivering requested items, thereby ensuring a smooth operation and exceptional guest service. This role requires a proactive individual who anticipates the needs of the bartenders during the shift, maintains well-stocked bars, and continuously fills ice bins to support drink preparation. Additionally, the Barback is instrumental in keeping the work environment clean, organized, and compliant with company policies and procedures. Attentiveness and reliability are key, as the Barback must arrive on time and prepared to start, set up their assigned work area according to directions, and abide by operational standards.

The position encourages teamwork and prioritizes delivering prompt, high-quality service to every guest in a fast-paced setting, often involving extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays, especially during events at Yankee Stadium. The Barback must be able to multitask efficiently while handling physical tasks such as lifting and transporting items that can weigh between 10 to 50 pounds and performing repetitive motions like reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Experience working in a high-end club, fast-paced bar, or restaurant for two to three years is essential. This role also requires good communication skills, including the ability to read, speak, and write English proficiently to interact effectively with both colleagues and guests. Safety is a critical aspect of the position; the Barback is expected to follow all safety policies, procedures, and training programs to maintain a safe working environment.
