The role being offered is a Bar Server position, critical to maintaining the high standards of guest service PENN Entertainment is known for. As a Bar Server, you will be the face of the hospitality experience—providing prompt and courteous service at the bar, ensuring a friendly and pleasant atmosphere, and adhering to the company's established protocols for quality food and beverage service. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests with warmth and professionalism, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the bar area, handling routine maintenance tasks such as changing kegs and stocking supplies, and collaborating closely with kitchen and dishwashing staff.

Job Duties
- Provide prompt courteous service to guests while maintaining a friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the bar
- Provide quality service to both internal and external guests by maintaining established quality standards for timely food and beverage
- Follow company standards of hospitality by making eye contact with every guest smiling and offering a warm and friendly greeting with the proper verbiage
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks such as cleaning tables taking dishes to the kitchen stocking beer wine and ice as needed
- Take out garbage as necessary
- Change kegs beer tanks CO2 tanks and pop for pop guns as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all bar service areas
- Bring bar and grill glasses back from dishwashing support
- Take empty kegs to purchasing or warehouse location
- Clean all areas in bar
- Make every effort to learn guest names and use names to say Mr or Mrs Smith
- Maintain company-issue uniform in good condition and report to work in authorized uniform as mandated by organization
- Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests and staff
- Perform related work as requested
