Job Duties

Perform bar maintenance duties according to Koko's Bavarian service standards
Perform opening/running/closing duties according to Koko's Bavarian service standards
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
Keep all ice bins always parred to fullest levels
Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
Keep current on all standard operating procedures
Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
Assist bartenders as needed, keep them stocked at all times
Follow all safety standards
Required to occasionally work special events that are scheduled throughout the venue
