Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk constantly on various surfaces
- capability to crouch, stoop, reach frequently
- able to lift and carry weights up to 75 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 100 pounds
- capable of pushing and pulling racks and carts up to 150 pounds regularly and 200 pounds occasionally
- willingness to work in both interior and exterior environments
- willingness to handle food and beverage chemicals safely
- availability to attend meetings and follow instructions
- strong focus on cleanliness and organization
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bar or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with safety and sanitation standards
- physical ability to perform required tasks
- team player with positive attitude
Job Duties
- Assist with bar set-up
- opening and closing
- stock the bar station to par
- attend required meetings
- keep work areas clean and organized
- be extremely courteous to all customers and fellow employees
- report unsafe conditions to supervisor immediately
- maintain hotel equipment in proper working conditions
- any other duties assigned by immediate supervisor
