We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Bar Attendant to join our hospitality team. This role is responsible for maintaining bar cleanliness, managing proper stock levels, and assisting with bar set-up, including opening and closing procedures. The position demands someone who can efficiently handle physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and stocking heavy supplies and dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will be required to work continuously in a fast-paced setting, navigating various conditions and environments within the hotel, including areas exposed to extreme temperatures and chemicals used for food and beverage operations.

This position requires a person who is highly organized, able to maintain bar stations to par, and who understands the importance of excellent customer service. Attending team meetings, adhering to safety protocols, and supporting fellow employees are also key aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will be physically capable of handling demanding duties such as constant standing, walking, crouching, stooping, reaching, twisting, climbing, crawling, and balancing, frequently handling items weighing up to 75 pounds and managing heavier objects occasionally. Attention to detail, stamina, and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and efficient stock control are essential.

Working within a hotel environment exposes the role to interior and exterior conditions, potential food and beverage chemicals, and the responsibility to report any unsafe conditions promptly. Maintaining hotel equipment properly and participating in any other duties assigned by supervisors are part of daily operations.
